About Us

Since 2010, Sandy Helping Hands a not-for-profit voluntary organisation has been providing free or low cost counselling and guidance services to the local community and the surrounding areas.

We offer a range of counselling services to help with your mental health and emotional wellbeing including Domestic Violence.

Housing, debt and benefits advice to assistance with CV writing and job search guidance, literacy and numeracy through to food parcel and furniture distribution.

Assisted by volunteers and work placement students for the day to day admin and services such as CV writing and IT help; with qualified and trainee counsellors for professional guidance.
