What is counselling...

Counselling offers a safe space for someone to talk about the things that concern him or her with someone who actively listens, doesn't judge and provides support.

The aim is to help people gain a better understanding of their problems and find ways of coming up with their own answers.

It can help with a wide range of concerns such as

What we offer...

One to one counselling to members of the public age 17+.

Working with people over a short or long term helping them bring about effective change or enhance their wellbeing.

Session fees are based on what a client can reasonably afford.

Our counsellors are BACP qualified or Level 2 to Level 4 trainees.
